CONSULTATION

We begin all client relationships with an initial consultation that costs $125. This is an opportunity to meet with you, see the space, talk about what functionality you need, and what style and aesthetic choices you are drawn to. We will also discuss what your budget looks like and provide some initial feedback on site. During this meeting we’ll define the scope of work for your project, discuss what the design process looks like, and put together a Letter of Agreement which outlines the work to be completed, fees, and next steps. 

 

DESIGN PLANNING

After the initial consultation we devise a comprehensive plan for the space that includes a design board as well as a 3D model that will show you the full space with all items to scale.  The model helps you to see what we see, and delivers confidence that everything fits together aesthetically and spatially. Upon your approval, we then source and specify materials, fixtures, furnishings, and necessary finishes. Our goal at the final design presentation is for you to have a functional, beautiful design plan with a clear understanding of the total cost on our part to execute the plan.   

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PROCUREMENT, AND INSTALLATION

Here is where we turn your design plan into a reality. This includes assisting you with product procurement, tracking orders, detailing custom designed pieces with fabricators, helping you coordinate installation and deliveries with required contractors, and final styling.
